    不是整天你爱我我爱你你不爱我我很伤心的矫情文人,而是傲骨天成剑胆琴心,洒洒落落走天涯的逍遥书生。
    the first part something like
it is not you love me, I love you, and you don't love me, I am very sad that kind of melodramatic literati, but...
the second part I don't know how to translate it at all.

Not an easy one to translate.

    Just a suggestion:
....But a free spirited wandering scholar with unyielding and balanced heart.

剑胆琴心 - does not really relates to the items but more towards the symbols behind them. It means someone who the gall (courage) of the sword, but at the same time they have the softness of the zither in their heart. Basically means someone who knows when they need to be brave and sharp, and when they need to be soft and kind.

    Hope it helps! :)

I don't know this phrase. Brobaly 天生傲骨 naturally proud and stubborn.
(this one depends on the context, Chinese cultivating story's aways have chunni lines like 剑骨/刀骨/仙骨,蘑菇those shits)

剑胆琴心 Master of all, versed in both the sword and in songs.
    剑 Sword
胆 Gall (noun), brave hearted (adj.)
琴 A general term for stringed instrument, think Chinese Guzheng and Japanese Koto.
    心 Heart

琴心剑胆 kind hearted, but will standouts/kill/punish people when needed/necessary.

洒洒落落走天涯的逍遥书生 A scholars on his pilgrimage wandering the world wherever fate wills.
    洒洒落落 free, easy, open hearted
    走天涯 Wandering the world
    逍遥 Free spirited, unrestrained
    书生 Scholar, learned minstrel

    不是整天你爱我我爱你你不爱我我很伤心的矫情文人,
This isn't some typical emotional minstrel.

Edit: depend on the Era, it can also be called bard.
