Transmigrator Meets Reincarnator - This is the first thing that came to mind when you said power couple. A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation of Military Counselor - No smut, but it's an amazing novel where the ML and FL clash because both of them have strong personalities. Most female main character cultivation novels would probably fall into that category (Both the power couple and the sexual tension) but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
