@Vudoodude @Jiggy Its still a thriving community of players. You literally just missed like a "world tourney" type thing for it. If you are looking for something VERY similar with an even better community (and grimdark future vibes) get Dawn of War 2: Retribution and get the ELITE MOD specifically. Monthly Tournaments, Also Beginner Tournaments, Regular Youtube Casters who give good commentary and hints
Yeah, CoH 2 is very fun to play. Just, in my opinion as a long time player, be wary of the MP. I've had plenty of bad experiences with people dropping out of games right at the start and leaving you to deal with the whole enemy team by yourself. Maybe it's just my bad luck but it's a problem that was also very common for the original CoH. Playing with peepz against the AI or playing skirmish just with AI never gets old. The steam workshop for CoH2 is still thriving and you can find plenty of great maps and other custom content. There are some good meatgrinder maps out where you get unlimited resources, pop cap and only one or two chokepoints which make for awesome seesaw battles
