Ugh never tought i would be reading these things... Anyway it can be from anything, books, movies, animes,hqs, etc, just please no homo stuff and crossovers, i was reading some Harry Potter fics there are some pretty interesting premisses out there but most of them are dropped, have only two or three chapters, slow updates, etc, i think i ran out of the good ones already.
Well might as well check the work done by Translation_otaku . They make way to many fan fic such as one piece, naruto and even harry potter

You can filter for completed fics, also add in min word count, I always set it at <100k which is about 1-2day of marathon reading, if it's over 200k you better shut in yourself for a week. He is just translating utter trash CN fics, and most of them are crossovers.
I use that filter at 100k minimum but at least for Harry Potter i think i ran out of fics xD i will try other other stuff when i finish what i'm currently i will try other stuff, i heard pretty good things about ''The spider'' and from the little i skimmed seems like it's pretty good, but i will wait for it to get completed.
4+ months ago I would be first to recommend The Spider, now it's just a overpopular fic about a manwhore, still okay to read for now. Anyway there is plenty to read and it has 2 new chapters like every 10 days so feel free to start. Oh lemme recommend something, StarGate Guardian's Order is my favourite fic by far, it has 2 sequels of which the third book is half done, it's super long. That's if you like sci-fi or ever saw SG, Kenchi618 has some completed Naruto and other fics.
