    Could you gave several information about your preference?
    For example, do you prefer action heavy series, or full romance? Something lighthearted or filled with twist and scheming?
    Things that you don't want to read could help too. For example, if you avoid to read yaoi/ yuri series.

    Personally I recommend Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria.

    You can try Coiling Dragon,only last book remaining and with Ren releasing approx. 2 chapters a day.It'll be finished in about 20 days.

    actually I want know that too. but I don't read yaoi, yuri, or too much explicit sex scene.

    my priority are miliatry or political element. mainly xianxia or martial arts genre.

    The problem is LN and WN is a relatively new 'trend' internationally speaking.
    Before a year ago all there was was some girly japanese novel.

    I guess a lot of people are in my case and discovered LN through manga/manhua adaptation.
    The success of the manhua leads to more success for the novels who leads to more adaptations which in turns brings more people to discover LN etc.

    Like said before Coiling Dragon is the best out there and is almost finished and the other works of the author (I eat tomatoes) are also high quality even if the translation is far from over or just begun for some of them.
    Duolo Dalu is also a very good quality LN and has lots of chapters available.
    You should just try and read the stories with a lot of chapters available, you can sort by 'type' on novelupdate and see what's out there.

    I would recommend "Spice and Wolf" and "A Slight Smile is Very Charming". The first one is quite long with romance whereas the other one is also romance but a short read(47 chapters). As with Mushoku Tensei, S&W is rated extremely high among thousands of people, over a hundred thousand if we're talking about its anime.

    or anime. in my case that's what got me started was I saw an anime and learned that the source material was a ln/wn and needed to learn what happens next. Have to say in the last 3-5 yrs the volume of translated works and groups have increased. which is always a good thing. Granted it does make me wish I had learned Japanese, Chinese or Korean when I was still in school/younger

    yeah, CD is really good story ! and in wuxia still left one last book ( vol 21 )

    This will be a long list, be prepared.
    The Legend of Condor Heroes, the root of all xianxia novel. I only read the copy in my language, so I don't know how good the english translation is. It so popular, it's adapted in to several series and movie. Has two other novel from the same series that is very loosely related.
    A Slight Smile is Very Charming, MMORPPG/romance
    Hako no Naka, yaoi/tear jerking.
    Shinrei Tantei Yakumo, detective, mystery
    I Reincarnated into an Otome Game as a Villainess With Only Destruction Flags…, light heart-ed comedy harem.
    No. 6, scifi, dystopia story, slight slash
    Iris on Rainy Days, robot maid/ (linked to baka)
    Tate no Yuusha Nariagari, framed summoned hero that sped the rest of the story getting revenge and building harem. and rafu.
    Mimizuku to Yoru no Ou, (linked to baka)

    And same with satan's recommendation, Mushoku Tensei

    All of them are series that I personally already read and like, with varied rating and genre. I also wanted to recommend Ghost Hunt, Baccano! and bakemonogatari series, since although it is uncompleted, one arc is completed within one/two completely translated volume. Just read volume that are completely translated and you are set to go.

    You can also try ST,it's starting chapters are not very interesting but current chapter(which are currently being translated) are very interesting.It's about 60-70% done.
    It's get interesting after Mountain Village Bandit Raid.
    Also, there are MGA,ATG,TGD and many others but they not even 30% done.
