granted, but since you are patient zero, the virus mutated heavily and you retain consciousness while your body is practically dead... you have no control over any of your action but stimulus and input are still perceived by 'you' inside the body... you taste the meat of your loved ones as you assault and murder them, see their despair and disbelieve as the life flicker out from their eyes... and then you woke up, glad it never actually happened.... or did it?

Granted, happiness is now a disease. Whenever someone becomes happy they have a heart attack. There are now vaccinations that make it impossible to become happy and pills that make it impossible for you to be happy. Have fun!
