    It's a fantasy novel for a reason.
    I wouldn't mind returning back in time at another world with cheat like abilities.

    Well because I've read it so much and seen it so much in anime and stuff I've grown numb to it. It doesn't really bother me. I just see it as a way to dramatize things and I don't mind that. I don't think that people cough up blood for most of the reasons in fiction.
