Wow you sure know alot behind the scenes. I really don't know much and i try not to get into it. Those things can really ruin your day ( im retartedly senitive ) But anyway on the bright side. If translater only do a few chapters and drop and start another and drop. I don't mind because i feel like those are starter drugs. It starts the adddicadd then you move to mtl if u like the novel. The only problem i have is some novels are incredibly difficult to mtl and those novels i have to depend on translators. Then yes, it suxs when its dropped, but its another persons time. We cant force another person. Also it can also be that the translator, at first liked a novel then later on hated it. I've been there before. Read up to 50+ chapters then i hated the novel for whatever reason. Anyway think positive. Don't let drama ruin your day because these drama cant be helped and theres no real solution.
