Hi folks! I'm looking for a particular novel where the reborn MC wakes up as an abandoned/neglected toddler in a basement/dungeon filled with scattered books, where she teaches herself magic. The MC is going to be sacrificed/murdered due to being a twin, which is a bad omen, but later manages to escape thanks to unforeseen infiltration by beastmen seeking revenge or rescue (I think). During the escape, she meets a captived dragon that imprints on her and together they go to another country, where both of them get adopted by a noble family (the dragon regress to accommodate his mate's physical age). The adopted family already have older sons who all dote on the MC. The MC and the male protagonist (the dragon) have no common sense, make outrageous magical equipment and so forth. It's a really cute story. Does it ring a bell? Your help is much appreciated.
