    Things I am grateful for:
    • My life is rather peaceful compared to before
    • I am still able to challenge myself as a person and try to grow
    • I am able recognize jaded thoughts/feelings as valid-but-temporary frustrations rather than true nihilistic beliefs
      Ngl, the biggest thing I have been scared of since I've become an adult is falling into that bitter exhaustion that I've seen other adults fall into. I think becoming truly jaded as an adult is kind of giving up on the potential for positive things in life IMO. I don't want my thoughts and feelings to become stunted like that

    I'm grateful for my adhd(the willpower that lets me use it to my benefit). I got something done today, like 5 times that I've been trying to do for 8 years!
