I feel kind of like that applies to anyone born after 1995 talks about being a 90's kid. 1-5 toddler 5-10 kid 11-13 tween 14-19 teenager 20-25 young adult, emphasis on the young.
Honestly, I think a "90s kid" would be someone born in 1988 or something. Since someone that was born in 1991 or something, will only have proper memories from... 1996 or so? Probably.
They were still a kid in the 90's. Infinitely more so than someone born in 1999. Besides if you really look at how I've defined kid everyone born from 1980ish to 1994ish counts.
Eh, how about we say everyone who was a kid for at least 7 years of the 90s. And kid being defined as between 5-18
5-18? Isn't this too restricting? I think 5-30 and 60-99999999 is a better definition for kid~ *pat pat*
I think we're being too unrestricted. If these youngsters can't be considered a child of a goat, we're obviously doing this wrong!
... Some things about the English language never cease to amaze me... How to judge rather or not a child can be considered a child of a goat though?
I see! How mysterious! \(^^)/ I guess we need to sacrifice a goat to thr goat god to make kid mean goat again! \(^^)/
Yeah language is funny no matter the culture. I'll give an example from Swedish as its the only other language I sorta know... Gift: in English we know it as a type of present. In Swedish it means both marriage and poison(as in snake venom) for more absurdity and laughs watch a British radio dj as he gets a crash course in Swedish below(there are 5 iirc)
