Guys I read this very good story It has mpreg but only at the end you realize. Name: 跟死对头的婚后生活 The Summary: The story here is our MC is forced to be a servant of his rich aunt because his mother is sick and needs money. The aunt who is a bitch forced him to quit school and become basically a slave. He has a white lotus type cousin who doesn't know they are real cousins because the bitch aunt had forced him never to say that. Anyway he treats him like a dog and even fool's around with the MC boyfriend. He always takes the MC to meet with friends and call him cousin to the everyone thought his name was cousin. One of the friend is ML who is always badmouthing the MC like he hates him. The day MC decided to break up with loser boyfriend mother gets super sick and needs money for surgery. So the MC begs his bitch aunt. This time the aunt says he has to marry a guy who has had 3 wives before whom all died the day they married. MC being desperate agrees and finds out it's the ML I thought it was good. A bit drama as MC tries to become independent.

Have to post this for anyone who is interested. Just finished this yesterday and I loved it. The ML seemed annoying at first but it gets so sweet. Especially the end. Not sure if I'm getting the names right but here you go. It was MTLed after all. Ye Ling goes to this University where everyone has background. His brother and sister are financially supporting him. But so far, he feels like he's gotten nowhere. So he decided to pay a guy with connections find him a suitor with money. The guy ends up choosing Zhuang Xu Ran with a really bad looking birthmark and apparently not good looking. The main character is straight so that's a problem. He puts up with it because he wants to capitalize on the guys influence and money. But the ML is really aggressive and has a bad temper, so when the MC caved to pressure to give his parents grandchildren(he got a woman on the side to have kids for him but got caught by male lead), he was accidentally beaten to death lol. After rebirth, he was bent on not getting near the ML because of his sphere of control and temper but a one night stand later, he was back where he started. ML gave him a house, a car, a job, and in my humble opinion, quite a bit of hell in exchange for being his boyfriend
