my fav hero is PA and her dagger for the skill...low mana cost, fast cd, long casting range with chance for a crit...also great for killing creeps in early game if disadvantaged with the opponent...
Warlock. As for skill depends on the situation but and stun is great. But if I were to choose one probably magic missile.

Chaos Knight, Phantom Assasin and Abbadon. Though I don't really play Dota 2, I used to play wc3 dota & Heroes of Newerth. I honestly can't stand playing dota2 because the character actions are so delayed and sluggish... I mean come on the attack animations take like 2 seconds of standing still before they hit. >.> (It was OK in wc3 dota since the game is from 2002 and has a shitty engine so you can't really complain.)
ahh all this talk of dota makes me want to play... Yeah for sure they reworked alot of skills that's what I love about icefrog never afraid to change things up. *cough* leaguesucks*cough*
