Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko is a finished japanese novel, which revolts around Touwa Erio and Niwa Makoto. For a more in depth summary, just look at the one at novelupdates. The thing is, I would like for someone to translate it. It's not an isekai, nor does it have any battle related tags to it. It's just your dramatic, slice of life romance novel. It has an anime, made by Studio Shaft, which is a very good way to initiate into this series. The thing is, this novel is quite based around dialogue, kind of like monogatari, but not as much. The four first volumes have been traduced by bakatsuki already, and while I'd love it to see fully translated, I also know it's a somewhat old series, and it would not receive much attention from the community.
