Not really looking for dense MC, where there is a flag but the MC ignores it. Something more like when a flag is set, and the MC recognize the flag, but believes that such a thing cannot possibly happen for whatever reason. And comes up with a nonsensical reason to why it must be something else, thus bypassing the flag. Just looking for some comedicy like thinking process for destroying flags.

We Can't Study=noticed/found out but the heroines denied it. Some heroines also deny their affection toward him. They are all dense. Kaguya wants to be confessed=too prideful to confess, both of them. Tate Yuusha=PTSD induced denseness.
The Simple Life of Killing Demons fits what you're looking for. It might seem like the MC is actually dense like Ichika, but later on it's revealed that he purposely denies the flags because of a certain trauma.
