    Its been a while but I remember it was a male protagonist who is in another world where there is a level system. It's r18 novel with sex scenes as well. At least 2 harem members, one was a cat girl and the other was a mole girl who had a tail for blow/suck jobs. I know for sure it's not on royal road, and I'm pretty sure it's not on novel updates either.
