    Hi! I’ve seen many translator sites with the “join my discord” sign and all that. I went on to join but still didn’t really get the point? What are we supposed to do?

    I may or may not be a bit technologically dumb.

    It's a chatroom, you chat there. That's all. But you may also get some information beforehand if the TL shares it there.

    it back to old day yahoo chat~
    you create chat group to chat whatever you like with whoever join chat room~
    technology may change but cat still same

    Sometimes it's easier to interact there as you can use it to talk 'peer to peer' or in a 'chat room'.

    There are few disadvantages to it, like the fact that you can't keep track of coversations as on some servers they are very fast.

    You can 'customize' it to better fot your needs by using a free/paid bot.
