If 10 is average and you're already at 10 for everything, then I'd distribute it evenly into everything except charisma. Having 10x the strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence of anyone else is already enough to make up any charisma deficiency, let alone your charisma is already average.

Not sure about the END stat, I was thinking it's like you can take a normal punch without crying about it, not taking a Hulk punch, but I guess maybe it works like that?
