I believe NL has Wind, Water, and Lightning. There are 10 elements: The basic five: metal, wood, fire, earth, water Additional five: lightning, wind, darkness, light, ice Technically Space is an element too, but the author seems to have forgotten it when she wrote out the full list of ten. If you mean how they interact with each other, I imagine it follows tradition? Water quenches fire, wood strengthens fire, that sort of thing. Basically, it's whatever the author feels like. I'll just rattle off some stuff from the top of my head. Fire beats ice. Lightning and darkness are supposed to be strong on offense. Light is for healing. I've also seen darkness be used for absorption. Metal is for alchemy. Alchemy is for making treasures and tools. Fire & Wood are for apothecaries. I wouldn't worry about the elements too much. The author writes some contradictory information. For example, SL uses gravity magic from her space element early on in the story, Spoiler: Chapter 9695 but later on, it's stated she gets gravity from the earth element. I guess you could explain it away as SL always having all ten elements dormant in her body. By this point in the story, SL has activated all 10 elements within her body, although she hasn't started training in all of them.
