as the title said, do the font style used affect your reading, somehow you just can't get into the story because of the style used.

I'm being affected by the font styles probably because I'm not used to it. I prefer times new roman and calibri.

Unless it squiggly lines, that one party looking font, and language of the birds, i should be fine

Just comic sans. If I saw it, I got the sudden urge to scream internally thus affecting my reading experience.

It's not so much the font, as it is the contrast to the rest of the page. Though Terminal throws me off a little.

I find heavy serif fonts are sort of hard on the eyes. Of course there are exceptions; it depends on how pretty the lettering is

Of course, a good fontstyle makes reading enjoyable.
If the font kinda unbearable i usually override it with firefox addon.

I use Clearly to override whatever fonts and clean up clutter so it doesn't really matter to me.

Yeah, there are certain fonts that affect my reading. Majority of them are serif fonts, I prefer san-serif fonts.

Reading fonts that have been faux bolded or italicized for an extended period strains me a bit. This happens with some Wordpress themes. Same goes for certain serif fonts on the computer. They look a bit "fuzzy" sometimes.
(Strangely, I prefer standard serif fonts for print novels.)

Comic Sans is definitely a no when reading..
and the larger the font, the longer I take to read.
Well, as long as it's readable it's fine.

Font and spacing is always horrible. On RRL, there is a distinct lack of spacing between paragraphs so the usual rule is to double space after each paragraph. Some don't do that and it's a bastard on the eyes.

For others like (Loliparadise) Golden Word Master, the spacing is insane on the current TL's site. It's about 5-7 spaces of empty space and the font itself is tiny and in a horrible font style. Thank god for extensions like Clearly.

I am okay with most, even comic sans, lol. However, that excludes cursive, or semi-cursive. I don't know which drunk made their Wordpress with cursive fonts, but I read it before and gave up.

I prefer sans-serif with appropriately sized text boundary margins.

Pretty much a gamble, I normally have less patience to annoying fonts... But the most annoying are spacings, I can not read a story without good spacings, it angers me!

there havent been any i can't read, but there are definitely some i prefer. tis why, whenever possible, i have "decreased productivity" on. allows me to choose bg color, text color, text size, and font.

unfortunately i still have to stay on default if a series is prone to using different colors/fonts to display different types of texts(most often royalroad fics), but long story short i preferred certain fonts enough that i searched for an addon that would let me easily alter them, and used to do it manually in the element inspector before finding that plugin xd

I don't have any trouble with any kind of font as long as it readable and legible.
Even how paragraphs spacing won't have any effect on me.
I also don't have any problem even if the format is weird...
As long as it didn't use Voynich Script or written in Angelic Language then I don't have any trouble with font or style.
