I like reverse harem for as long as the love interests are well developed~

If they're boring characters, then I dislike it.

I was about to say the same thing. Seeking Good Temptation is one example with your explanation of men liking one girl. The change here is that she does not want anyone. She's not even indecisive or anything, just want to gtfo and go back to her original world lol

No for reverse harem, I hate to see MC end up with one man while other men heart broken.
Yes for true reverse harem ending, I love to see MC end up with all her men. No love triangle, no heartbreaking and no secondary male lead sydrome in there.

I just don't like harem much in general. Though I'd say the line is very thin, take the average romance story, there's the girl, the childhood crush, and the male lead (aka. does that constitute as a harem? exactly.)
To me, I'd say I don't like harem because it makes both genders feel like some kind of collector's items, the men and women in them are objectified. I started out reading the common 'stallion protagonist' novels, where the MC gets a harems of about 3-4 girls, what I didn't like was that they were practically forgotten about after sex or marriage. I know, it's so that the story doesn't drag, but it doesn't sit well with me. Similarly, if the FL is chased after by 7 different guys. I'd be fine if the FL doesn't like any of them and tells them so (and if they continue, then it isn't the problem), but if she's leading them on, I draw the line.
I'm also probably not the target audience, I don't enjoy having a bunch of men thirsting after me. I'd just want a normal friend that I don't have to worry about.

Im not very clear about it because I've read the otome game novels which are reverse harem but have a clear ml and the fl rejects everyone else but they just keep one sidedly loving her.

And Seeking Good Temptation which is like love and one of the main things I liked was that fl didn't have feelings for any of them. I never really saw them as romantic interests either because it was clear that fl wouldn't get together with any of them.

But like another commenter said, if the girl or boy just leads them on or the interests only serve a purpose of loving the MC then it's a no from me.

Yea, most of my readership is into reverse harem so I have a few novels like that, one of them already mentioned, Seeking Good Temptation.
Reverse harem smut is very popular IMO.

I personally like reverse harem because I enjoy the character interactions between MC and various MLs who have different personalities and fight over her. Anyway, I like it enough that I translate it and my readers comes and reads it, so there is an audience. It's much much larger than the GL readers I have too.
