According to a theory this universe might a shadow of another universe which might be a shadow of another and so on. Do we look like a bad cartoon to the beings in the closest higher universe?
Probably they see us the same way we see insects like ants, worms and such or maybe to them we are creatures like Amoeba or other beings like that
Because that's the theory, there's another theory about more or less equal universes or they could both be true at the same time, but we're talking about a higher universe. Cartoon is metaphor for how poorly designed we would appear to them, same as how cartoon appears to us, clearly not realistic no matter how good it is drawn.
Sure I guess it's possible but it could be totally different as well. After all, we have no idea what higher dimensional beings would see looking at us just like we have no idea what higher dimensions look like.
Hold your horse. At least wait till there are fewer theories about dimensions and the universe. It seem to be difficult to disapprove theories about these topics.
There are so many unknowns about quantum physics, multiverse, string theory, etc. it’s possible. If you look at it, all the different cultures of the past have parallels in mythology. (Dragons, ogres, elves, faeries, mermaids, etc) and if you look further into humanity, there is the theory of the akashic records, genetic memory, etc... Where did all of this come from? Was there a different origin? Is it possible that we are all in some kind of matrix like simulation? The deeper you look, the more questions you have. It’s an interesting rabbit hole to wonder down... Also, as for perception.... Maybe we look like video game characters? Or animation... or maybe what we find as beautiful may be grotesque. Maybe in one reality, everything is perceived as an anime. Maybe in. Another, everything is perceived as cgi. There are infinite possibilities. It’s certainly and interesting thing to ponder... on that disjointed note, I’m not sure if I contributed much, but there are hopefully other things to consider. And again, look into the akashic record if you haven’t already, it’s really interesting.
Our world is actually a prison and we are prisoners. When we die, our spirit goes back to our real bodies in the higher universe.
There’re assumptions that beings in the originator universe are ‘higher’ than us here, and that humans are also ‘reflections’ of such beings. My answer is, probably a bit weird because of variation. Kind of like how we’d see someone with odd ears and nose. You can see a relation, but might call us a specific ethnicity or even subrace

Well solar and wind are more destroying the ecosystem than helping and I haven't heard of a pure biofuel car, better have nuclear plants.
The higher beings see us as children at best or little better then primates if not. However it's the lower universe I would worry about. They're either laughing their asses off at how badly we've cocked it up, or just utterly pissed that moving up might actually be more of a step down instead.
You're talking about plain aliens. Higher beings don't have to be smarter, they just have different laws of physics. They could be looser or more constrained or have additional laws. Dunno, gonna have to ask Neil in Star Talk, hopefully he answers this one.
