If you mean this FAQ, I don't see it anywhere. I'd like to suggest adding a line to the Shop description, unless the NU staff would like to keep it semi-secret. I guess I can understand why they wouldn't want a bunch of new accounts changing their names, but I would have liked knowing a little sooner.
Yeah, it's not on the FAQ... I think the staff want it to be a semi-secret, so as to not have people chanigng their names too whimsically... Not sure though.
As long as you open the shop page and look around a bit you will find the option. I do dislike it when people change their nickname, so I have no intention to advertise it, but not sure about others.
