You put up the title making it sound like a sincere question, but your post says it's sarcastic. Seems to me that even without watching whatever that is, you've made your decision.
I don't understand what was happening in that video. Was that clone trooper cheating? Was the GM that droid? It can't be bullying if nothing happens.
I'm sorry, playing a shooter and then complaining that someone was shooting at or getting ready to shoot at you is a level 6 stupidity. You need to stop playing shooters. At the very least until after you have sought counseling for this bullshit. Is the game master not allowed to play? Are you supposed to be untouchable? If you were being griefed, I could understand the issue but this is either straight up trolling or you don't really understand what bullying is.
GMs in ARMA .... might or might not want to have fun at the players' expense. That being said, from him taking over the droid, I could see one clone running up the hill and one clone stationary, but he was crouching, so I can't be 100% if it's the same or he found another one
The guy who took over the droid to spot the character was supposed to be an impartial judge, what he did was go out of his way to spot the trooper and signal to the game masters to drop mortars on the trooper
Wasn't he confirming whether or not he was visible from the spotter location ? Maybe less of favoring one side and answering one side's question of whether they were allowed to or not do it ?
