Still starting the prime of my life.
Comparing with the current generation, doesn't make me feel old, it makes me feel lucky.
I mean, its the twerking generation. Who want to be associated with butt dance?

I am worried about my future, income for the daily life, household, taking care of a child

Quite similar to what happened to me - at one point someone yelled att me to hurry up with my child in the supermarket... Dude its my bro!. And then usually people suspect that I am 14 -.-

i Remember those are the same reasoning parents says decades ago although it is milder compare today. Rock and roll, hotel california, songs of madonna , heavy metal etc.,I remember some parents saying michael jackson dance is indecent and metal satanic.

Haha. you'll never know man... Early this year my friend's lil bro died in an accident. He was just 23. It got me thinkin bout my list.

 

I don't consider myself "that" old... But, I am old enough and from a time when the internet was not really a thing quite yet... Dial-up modems to BBS's and usegroups were the only things... Download speeds of 1-2Kbps were mind-blowing to me... 9600bps modem was magic... The first computer I ever used was an Apple 2E, when 5 and a quarter floppies were the thing... Windows was out but not widespread everything was done in DOS and command lines only and when I did get hands on Windows 3.0 always would have to run the emm386 on command so that it would work on a 486DX/2 66... First console I ever played on was a Atari 2700 on a like a 8" black and white television, playing games like Pitfall and Joust... Nintendo was not quite released yet in the states. Cellphones were not out yet and were only really available in cars, and the real portable ones were the brick phones that 90% of the thing was the battery and was the size of a brick...

It's probably pretty bad when you can say things like, "oh I remember that...! that was 20+ years ago..."

Thankfully I am not quite to the point I am old enough where I can say things like... "Dude... I am nearly old enough to be your father..." Well actually... I take that back for some I am though... *sad face*...

 

I was thinking that the music of the youngsters weren't bad as long as you got around all the bad rap, but then I came across this one video today. I would rather consider myself old, than listening to this. So yeah, currently I do feel rather old.
