It doesn't matter how much you exercise if you're eating more calories than you use. How much weight do you need to lose? Avoiding sugar and alcohol helps a lot if you consume them often.
Hehe actually there are some people who won't gain weight even when eat too much. ( but i hate sweets and don't drink alcohol so maybe that's why!?)
Go watch any episode of Secret Eater. You'd be surprised by how much some people actually eat. They will tell you that they don't eat much but still gain weight. It's not true at all. If that's the case, they can easily survive on less food than other people. So, why are they still eating so much? Yes, alcohol contains a lot of calories. They're just as bad as sweet drinks. Sauce also contains a surprising amount of calories.
