I, personally, can't sleep with the lights turned on, cause it annoys my eyes, but my family has this habit of sleeping with the lights turned on, and I wanted to ask if you or any of your family members sleep with the lights turned on.
I can easily sleep either way, but I'll get yelled at if I have any lights on at night. I've recently started leaving my computer monitors on all night though so I guess that probably counts as sleeping with them on.
I sleep with the lights turned off. However sometimes i kinda drift off with the lights on while not planning to sleep. I do find that, I usually feel less well-rested after waking up and have slept less time then compared to without lights.
I am dead. No light could be seen here in my grave. If I do see one then it is finally my time to be in the afterlife-
lmao, I’ve always been scared super easily and my imagination loves to imagine demons and other random scary stuff out of nowhere so I need some light in my room so I don’t freak myself out at night (‘:
Both works for me. It's a matter of whether I was mentally spent or not. I often sleep with lights on if I was too tired to change my clothes. it's more like tiredness is the thing I need to sleep.
I used to share a room with my sibling and we would alternate days to turn the lights off but they never turned it off on their days and tried to make me do it, so I learned how to sleep with the lights on out of spite.
It depends sometimes I’m too comfy in bed to get up and turn off the lights so I just leave them at least that’s how it was before...... Covid happened during the Covid wars by lightbulb died and the socket you put the bulb in is broken so you can’t put another bulb in so I’ve been living in the darkness since last year and now I have become apart of it
Off . I can not sleep with the lights on unless I’m super super tired . The light just wakes me up . I need to be in a dark environment to sleep and electricity bills ~
