Date the waitress... If they have an interest in you romantically they should do something about it. It would be crazy for them to expect you to stay single for them if they don't have plans on dating you. (female here)

I have two female acquaintance. One has a boyfriend and I am not interested in and have not talked to for over a year whether through FB or irl. Another well... Has the same last name as me and we met in middle school so we call each other bro and sis basically. Also my friend loves her but was reflected. And I haven't talked to her in over a year as well. BTW I'm in college. The last time I talked to a girl other then my mom was two weeks ago when I decided to actually leave my house for once and go to the dollar store for food. The cashier was female and I'll I said was "you too" when she said "have a nice day"after I paid. Die raijuu explode!!!
Go throw a straight ball at em when ye met with both of em at same time, ask em if any one of em(if possible both of em) want to date with ya, and became yer GF(s). if ye got a negative answer, ask em for find ya a girl dat they think will fit wit ya. also dont forget to speak all yer mind to em. be honest wit yer feelin wit em. let em know at how they FZed ya and act as tsundere if ye firltin wit other girls..
This isn't advice based on experience, but mostly based on what I know about psychology / human actions / emotions. It would've helped to know what they did to make you think '. Now I've known these girls for like, a whole 4 or 5 months now and have already been friend zoned by both of them before I even tried flirting with them' . Unless they straight up said something like 'Nope' in that regard, then i'm somewhat curious as to why both of them actually hung out with you afterwards, since things would likely be a bit... uncomfortable , I guess. On the other hand, if both of them came to the conclusion that they were interested in you around the same time, but realized that if one of them became 'yours' , their friendship would be damaged, so either they both decided to totally avoid the option or just wait for you to choose, or maybe they're following the female version of 'Bros before hoes' (no offence meant). On the third hand (yes, we have many hands), maybe they at first felt like friendzoning you, but during those months they have slowly grown an attraction to you, but feel like taking the first step would a) damage their friendship b) spook the hell out of you c) utterly fail, or other similar things. Also would've helped if you give an appearance description of both of them and the waitress for comparisons, but i'm not expecting any photos. So basically, there could be a misunderstanding, feelings could have changed, agreement to wait patiently for your choice and all that. There's no real way to know, unless one or both of them come here and discuss the thing from their perspective.

I dont really know.. i have quite a lot of female friends compare to male but at times when 2-3 of my female friends (with some of my male friends) accompany me and me tried flirting with strangers. My attention normally is on the stranger girl so i dont really know what kind of expression they were wearing.. but im sure 1out of 3 is giggling..
