    i will tell what i remeber.
    - world is fucked up
    - on early chapters almost every chapter we had a new mc
    - name of the mc is something he can pass on, every time the mc dies he select someone to succeed him
    - normal people think mc lives for hundreds of years
    - i think the name of the mc was something along the lines of ryouma
    - mc tries to act as a symbol of hope to humanity
    - the one who carries the name must be strong
    help me please

    This sounds like Reincarnator, but the premise is wrong. This could be King of the Battlefield, but I stopped reading it. Sorry, I don't think I know the right story.

    Edit: Oh, it was a manga. Oops.

    ive been using google to seach for keywords like "Manga, hero, passing down name, Ryouma, fantasy world" and a lot of other variations. All im getting is My Hero academia, a manga detailing the life of a guy who was the first hero chosen by a goddess from the Zelda saga or whatever, and Mai-otome. Not many others. Is there any more details you can recall? some keyword i can use? cause this is usually how i find forgotten novels or manga.

    huh. You know, i actually found a pretty interesting-looking novel here due to my searching. Not sure how, but i ended up clinking on a novel the was title Tales of the Reincarnated Lord or something. Gonna read it later, hm. Bah. I dont know, regarding the manga unlesss i get more details that i can make use of i dont think i will be able to find it. Sorry bruh.

    on one of the first chapters the mc is inside a fortificated city teaching the residents how to fight, he dies in battle against the monster attacking the city while proctecting a guy who i think it was the bartender, who he had selected to succeed him

    i found this manga i think it was 1 or 2 years ago so it is hard to remember shit

    on late chapters i think they go to a tower where the main villain (who control the monsters) is and try to explode it
