Is the title... MC telling ML not to treat her as a sister? Because that would be a refreshing take, girl knows what she wants on the get-go. Creepy but do go on if this is what I think it is

The ML IS NOT related to FL at all! And here is the FL’s situation from the first chapter of the manhwa : Spoiler: Fl in ch.1 So FL’s was originally a daughter of a poor marchant, but after nearly one year of her father’s death, her mother remarried into the noble and wealthy family Winchester. And so FL and her biological sister became part of an aristocratic family. There they met their new father’s biological daughter, she was extremely beautiful but extremely naive too. So FL didn’t want to become sisters with a naive beauty, also she was named “Cinderella” for her stupidity, like FL wasn’t even related to the noble that her mom married but she was still the heir. Anyways at her 19th birthday someone gave her a poisoned apple that nearly killed her. And while she was in death bed, like in a coma, she heard how her mother didn’t attend to save her just because of the medical bill, while technically it’s FL who worked to have that money, and how her biological sister just faked her tears and said that they need to hold FL’s funeral lol. The only one that really cared for FL and wanted to save her was Cinderella, and FL was really surprised by that. And so she want to have a husband that can protect her when she will fell ill like this time, and just won’t be “dead”. so i think the novel is named “Don’t call me sister” because of the hypocrisy of her biological sis maybe? And that the novel is issued from the fairy tale “Cinderella”

It's a comedy. She was saved by the God Of Heels, she even thanked him and said that she needs to find a fool sorry I mean a husband materiel to protect her.
It's still too early to tell for the (bio) sister (and i have zero excuse for the mother) but she seem to be more of an idiot than a white lotus .
The mom is 100% scrap. Immediately consigned her as a lost cause when presented with an expensive medical treatment. Framing made it pretty clear that she values her comfortable life over her daughter, and she’s kinda framed as a gold digger. I’m actually not really sure about the bio sister. Going by very few clues, but she may be suffering from some resentment/inferiority complex about joining noble society (the image of the sisters as peasants has her smiling while MC frowns, and it’s flipped in the image of them as nobles). She gives up pretty easily, but her fight with adopted sis seems to be more irrational lashing out at someone she already has an issue with. She also seems to view MC as being really shallow, who seems to have easily found her place in noble society. So I wrote a lot just to say that bio sis may be salvageable at least.
Not looking to argue but I thought the whole family should be sent to meat grinder. The mom was a horrible gold digger who was willing to plant her daughter 6 feet under before she even stopped breathing. The bio sister was damn near the same with a little dash of maliciousness thrown in. The MC is the worst as she is positively exultant about cheating Cinderella out of her inheritance. and by extension cheating her benefactor. Cinderella well she was just too damn stupid to live. If she didn't poison the apple she needs to be removed from the gene pool I've read plenty of stuff where I hate everyone, but I can't recall it ever happening so thoroughly and so quickly *Well "Rise and fall of the Third Reich", but I hated everyone before I started. Maybe this gets better, but what I was hoping for was I raised Cinderella preciously but from the sisters POV

It looks like sooo good comedy. It kinda reminds me (from chapter 1 of the manhwa) of "A night with the emperor" and "I'll just live on as a villainess" for some reson

Just read the manhwa. ML be overflowing with confidence. Honestly, since we know who the leads are, I'm just curious how Cindy will end up? Or rather WHO she ends up with. She could still inherit her title (since ML is most likely a foreign prince). Judging from the synopsis, MC might uhh... still salvage biosis but if it were me, just save the increasingly naive Cinderella, dump Ma obv
