    Sapphire eggs always begin as the original blue variant. To become the pink variant, the egg must be willingly abandoned by a user. Automatic abandonment due to scroll limits does not change the Sapphire's color. To become the yellow variant, the egg or hatchling must receive a high number of views, in excess of 4,000 overall views. The exact threshold may vary.

    '2g' means 2nd generation in the dragon's lineage; 3g is 3rd gen and so on. Not sure about 'salt'... but I did a quick google and the wiki says SAlt is an abbreviation for Spriter's Alt

    You will need to pick up someone else's abandoned egg.
    For example, I will abandon my egg, and you will pick it up to get the pink variant.

    Actually, as long as we coordinate, it might be possible.
    I would have to abandon an egg which has about 4 days left, and you would have to stay in the cave and wait for the egg to appear.

    yep! nothing is 100% unless you're breeding the same breeds together~ :blobsalt: I was thinking of abandoning this one but its code is kinda cute :ROFLMAO:

    Spriter's alts, aka SAlts, are special dragons that can only be owned by the person who drew the sprite for it. It's a skin/recoloring of sorts, but exclusive to the spriter. This recoloring is not passed down to offspring, though the SAlt will remain in the lineage page for a pretty lineage~

    2g SAlts are extremely valuable, because 1g SAlts are off the table unless you're the spriter, so 2g is as close as you can get to having a SAlt for most players. They're rare, like... 2g Thuweeds or 2g Dorkfaces, you know? Evem though they're 2g, since you can basically only get 2gs :blobcheeky:
