Guys, help me please , there was a BL manhwa that i forgot the title. The MC was walking on the street in drunken state while being sad of not having a lover. Then, suddenly he found an ad flyer on the power pole/wall (i forgot). The flyer said to pluck the wish tickets and it can make any wishes come true (except killing, it said). So, he plucked all of the wish tickets while kinda saying "let all men like me" or "i want to have a lover". There was one chapter only that time. Kindly tell me if you know guyss.
