    I started reading Dual Sword God this morning since it was in my queue of things to read and I can't help the feeling that I had read something extremely similar before. Is this story a knockoff of another or vice versa? Or am I just that lost that I'm reading a book thinking it sounds like a different book I've already read and the truth is that I just read this previously?

    I'm talking about the transmigration of one expert into the body of a young man who was beaten to death(or poisoned maybe) in a shack.

    I stopped like a chapter later because I was busy at work but I can't shake the feeling that I read a completely different series with an extremely similar premise. Almost like names and minor details were changed but not much else.

    Maybe you did tried to read it in the past and forgot about it. It happened to me at least. If not then grish answer is probable too
