*MAINTENANCE UPDATE*

All Dungeon Threads are going to be merged under a new Thread. We will be doing the same for the other threads as well.

 

Plume-chan is a girl though...

Oh yeah, after you all finish the revamp to stop cluttering the threads... Can you host a training dungeon? The waitlist is piling up...

 

We will be making a special Beginner's Dungeon that can be easily led by any Dungeon Master. This will get more beginners started.

It's only half the fun to play a guessing game of which mod to spam with help messages.

 

Reports are best:

• They alert all mods with an annoying message in the upper left.
• They don't get drowned by the rest of the alerts.
• We can track and monitor our activities so if we need to undo something, much easier.

For this though... Just tag me everywhere.

the PM i made with all the dungeon managers should be useful. if @GamingIce had not said anything
i think in your best interest to have one convo of game masters too, for many purposes (eg updates on new titles or skills, new dungeon systems you wanna put into play etc)
after the updates.

We already do have a conversation with game managers in it.... That's been around ever since I first got recruited as a manager. It's how we manage most of the stuff around here, and yet it's still so chaotic.... We are in the process of trying to merge all the threads into around 5 of them at most, so we've stopped reincarnating people and asked all dungeon masters, you included, to not host another dungeon party until we have the threads fixed up. We've also taken steps into the right direction by making an account for all of us to access, @Dungeons, and it will be the main account for posting many of the game's threads.

and i mentioned this elsewhere, it's not merging. just ask all active dungeon masters to keep a copy of their first post's code (or make them copy it in a conversation to me, i dont mind)
and then we can copy past that later at whatever new "dungeons entry page" thread

i still cant see why the 'tavern' cant hold the patch updates...
just put a link at the beginning of all the patches?

cause i already imagined a "shopping mall" sort of look for the 'dungeon entrance' thread, which looks good.

 

for a comparison, AG has the following:
a general thread (which is supposedly for side stories.. but u can do patch updates here i guess..)
a sign up thread (which is both sign up and status for our purposes)
receptionist desk (which would be equal to our dungeon entrance)
tavern (entrance gate)
raid (signup to dungeons)
that's 5.
oh you also has a shop, so that's 6. no worries AG also has a weird dungeon thread and a quest thread
