Easter is just around the corner and is going to be here in a few days, So my question would be is what are people going to doing on Easter? Easter isn't really a big deal for me, it more of a time for the family to catch up with everyone. What my family mainly does is have a nice lunch.
Cascarones. It's the best Easter tradition ever. You smash eggs filled with confetti on people's heads
Not american so i don't have much knowledge about easter... Care to explain me this easter thing to me?
Being a 'good' Catholic I will be in Church. Or my parents will drag me there anyway... After that Idk maybe an Easter Hunt or something?
Will go see my mother then leave her, then go on a big Easter egg hunt in a big field with my family (my mothers not there) and it will be a blast I guess
Plan to be at Easter Service. Then probably have a family meal. Then live the day as normal. For those who keep asking what Easter is, it's a celebration of when Christ revived after the Romans executed him on the cross. The other significance (in Christian faiths) is that this is when Christ payed the price of sin for all, allowing permanent forgiveness of sins to those who accept it (no longer needed to offer burnt offerings).
I get to go to a family event so I can listen to my relatives make fun of the things I like. Maybe I'll even get to argue with them about politics. I can't wait for Easter.
