If you want to read b.s free question, check the summary at last!

English isn't my primary language, even though I am not too bad in it, I am still very lacking. Which creates (annoying)problems at times.
It isn't that I can't read western novels at all, on the contrary, I have read many. Which includes Frankenstein, the alchemist, the series (Harry potter, Lord of the rings etc)...add in Sherlock, and some other stuff I don't remember but have definitely read.
But more than once I have encountered novels that are too hard for me no matter how long I persist with them. I am not habitual of using a dictionary while I read, this laziness may very well be guilty of this crime.

(Summary)So what are novels that have easy language, but with good enough plot that can entertain me.
(Genres don't matter as long as the above conditions are met, but if you do mention them along with your recommendation, thank you for the kindness)

Both, i dont really care where it comes from, if its good to read, its all that matters to me.
And a good western series is The Kingkiller chronicle, love it but its a long time since the last book and it kills me. (but i have hope)

try and scour royal road, you'll find a lot of stories there with good language, and varying difficulty.
my advise is to start with western novels, because in eastern novels expressions are often forced to make them fit the story, and a lot of typical mistakes are made that would make you learn wrong things.

of course royal road is has a lot of bad grammar as well, but those are usually easyer to spot. to spot those mistakes in the eastern translated novels would require a deeper knowledge of the language.

I rarely if ever pay any mind to the difficulty level of the books I read but the Dresden Files are probably easy enough for you.

Well it depends, western tends to be talking about strictly published book series. Reading them is easier, however finding the right ones can be hard. Ln/wns tend to be quick easy reads, but they tend to flow a bit worse since many are translated works. However the translations that take part at one time, are for the most part similar in genre and feel. So they are easier to find, but since they have not gone through actual publishing, they are a bit more lack luster for the most part.

There's always the 100+ Goosebumps books to devour. You could probably finish one in an hour or two in an easy pace.

I like Chinese poems, so there goes my vote....

If you want some western novels, try the Discworld series. It has some difficult words (if you don't think so, then I'm stupid) every so often, but you can largely guess the meaning based on context, and the word itself is probably used to add a comedic tone to the story.

Easy titles a thousand. Most short sci-fi of 60s - 70s also used simple and easy (for me, of course) language.
But for the hard one - stay away at least three million light years away from these titles.

Deja Vu Ascendancy of storiesonline is a rather interesting read. Very sexual, but it's also pretty philosophical and awesome.
The MC kills himself and ends up with two versions of himself in one body. Eventually he kills himself again and has four. As time goes on more and more bad shit starts to happen, and he starts gaining ESP powers and a massive harem.
