For Everyone Else is a Returnee MC get a total of 5 status points everytime he lvls up and this is because God gave him a dropout bonus if I remember correctly So... how many status points do other people get on their lvl ups? How would they be distributed? And would someone really be able to reach 400 magic power while they still in 3rd class?

the distribution of point i thin is quite a random, the number of distribution point is given by the people title and job, at least that is that i know

i think its because his standard stat when he still low lvl[0 or 1] was 2x..3x...4x or maybe 10x from the returnee. bcz all he did was physical sport/martial arts training when he was abandoned for 1000 years or more... he didnt even lvl up but his body constitution was highest, so his gain stat when lvl up was highest too. i think....
