What was the first movie that first really moved you as a kid? For me it was all of the All dogs go to heaven movies. I loved those movies so much you just couldn't get me not to watch them at least once a year for every year for 5 to 7 yrs I did watch them more than that but it varied. There were plenty of moments that moved me to tears (first man tears as a kid) man tears different from regular kid crying)
You said emotional... when I watched the old Spiderman and my mother said it's too late so I need to sleep and turned out the TV, afterwards was crying all the night. For serious. It was Naruto I think, somewhere around the begining when it was revealed that he has the ninetails in him and when they fought on the bridge and Naruto thought that Sasuke died from the needles.
My most memorable would be the digimon movies, followed by eight legged freaks. Watched those at least a dozen times each. Whether they "moved" me or not well I watched them that many times, so I'm sure that at the time they did.
Home alone watched it to many times never really got moved by it. Other then that Naruto has some moments that got the feels man the feels.
one piece is emotional...some scene's full metal alchemist...probably cried through the entire journey ...there should be a thread here created yesterday about all sad anime scenes~
Eight legged freaks is a classic I rarely watched and no one talks about. Glad someone else remembers it. Huge OP fan myself but I couldn't watch it for 10 yrs because it stopped airing on public television or even tv in general in the states and I didn't know what anime was until 7 or so yrs ago though I'd watched it all my life. Pokémon the movie? The one with Mewtwo or others? Its been along time since I watched pokemon.
I don't think I'm that emotional as a kid, I don't even remember any movies that moved me. But as a grown up almost every touching movie/read/show/manga brings tears to my eyes. If there's one that never fails, it's always about a married couple and one has to go or something. Like this korean movie called A Moment to Remember, this movie dried my throat so hard lol
Another One Piece fan... my favourite the the scenes involving the three brothers....both the childhood and the adult.. other than than nami's and robin along with zorro were moving too
Boku no pico. I bawled my eyes out when the giraffe died. Seriouslee, i didn't cry from watching a series but rather after a series ended. That empty feeling inside you just gnaws at your soul. Series range from power rangers to power rangers
Also anime. I dun remember the name but that anime where that guy shoots bluish energy from his fingers and the one where a girl loses her memory and it got scattered as feathers and the protag needs to cross worlds to find it. I remember crying after those 2 shows ended airing at mer place.
There was just one series (anime) that moved me to tears. That was.... . . . Clannad - after story (you need to watch clannad before you watch this. It is emotional too but makes you smile.)
Old Yeller... That one made me cry so much. I was so angry with my parents (they chose the movie) I think I did not speak to them for a few days.
