Lol I’m amazed whenever people who accompany Li Qiye discuss about the dark hand behind the curtain without knowing that the guy they talk about is in front of them...
I am a bit fatigue sick of this really. It like the author try to show us the world was full of egotistical power-hungry bastard with no dept and MC who either an arrogant human who always goes for killing is the best option or a harem seeking bastard with over dramatic. At least QI yue have the smart and reason behind it but nothing is to explain to him other than that. Most of all they try to be overly being a dramatic...personally at the face of injustice. But the real heartfelt moment is not show through righteous anger alone it requires much much more to resonate with a reader. Else MC is just cardboard cutout (note my novel reach chapter 11 and I am trying my best to capture that feel, I nearly finish twelve and please comment. The thread is nearly desert this several days )
Well, the MC is several million years old, he's teached lots and lots of immortal emperors and whatnot. Him being arrogant.. Would you care about what ants think or do? ..with a lifespan comparable to a mayfly (in comparison to himself)? It is already very good that he show some degree of care for a few of them. The other guys behaves more or less like you'd expect power-hungry bast*rds would.
It has been a while since I read it (around 950 I think). Does it still continue to recycle the same arc over and over again?
Yes The nunmber of IE that he "cultivate" in the nine worlds should be more or less ten. But the number that he is a "half-teacher" shoul be half of the IE of the Emperor's Era
As the dark crow, he wasn't actually powerful, right? I mean, he was more like a theorist, researcher and teacher. He groomed fighters but he himself couldn't cultivate, right? He only has an immortal crow body, so he couldn't die. So, when people said the dark hand is powerful and scary, they actually meant the powers that he could muster back then, not himself.
Wrong, it's said that he was quite powerfull then, but we don't know the exact level. I think that he was a peak Assailant, but is only my guess. And the most scary thing is his plots.
He did fight against Min Ren, probably more reliant on treasures back then plus he could transform into human form too. No clue about his cultivation though.
chapter 19 "Although he possessed considerable power as the Dark Crow, it was not his own power." We need see what he calls "considerable"
Does anyone know why this novel english publisher get N/A, because if i'm not remember wrong that english publisher for this novel is Wuxiaworld. I'm been stop reading this novel for quite sometime to stock up the chapter.
Probably comparable to having Heaven's Will or some connection to that 'higher world' where he'll wage a war as having Heaven's Will isn't your own power either. He currently has greater potential than the crow had though, with his primordial grand dao that'd not accept Heaven's Will.
Admittedly, I chuckled at the idea of LQY walking a couple of steps before dying and faceplanting over and over again.
no wonder the bonesea was so big on refusing the item, but then again who told it to go against the Death chapter seriously that scripture is completely OP
