So I went back to reread EER for the third time and I remembered this PS in the afterwords:
PS – Personally, there was something that made me spit my drink out. If you are an EER enthusiast, then you will probably notice so go look for it!

I read EER twice, and I don't see anything in that image worth spitting my drink out over. It is a nice piece, though the style is nothing like what I imagined the characters to look like, but it is very stylized and cutesy so I assume that's the point.

 

The fact that Pate is the prettiest Elf.

 

Idk, but the girl right next to his son looks an awful lot like Miyuki from Mahouka, so the moment I saw her in my brain, I heard "Onii-sama!"

 

Instead of trying to be mysterious why not just spit it out?

Exactly, I don't see that thing the author was so surprised about. It's been bugging me for so long.

That's the only weird thing I noticed when I tried to figure out who was who. Since I remembered clearly that Erta had black hair, I got a bit confused back then.

 

I remember thinking the funny thing in this pic back in the day was the faded out angel crying in frustration in the top right corner. Can't remember his name lol...

 

Is Na YuNa the one at the bottom? Is the black-haired girl Kang MiRae?

 

Looking at this picture always makes me smile. It was the first webnovel that I finished and got me into webnovels in general.

Yeah, YuNa should be the one at the bottom and MiRae the black haired girl next to Mir.

From top left to bottom left= 4 elves Pate, Mirfa, Jirl, Phiria, then Ericia with black wolf(guess her guard), Orochi, Mystic(with straw hat) and Heliena(hot)
Mid top to bottom mid = Smithson couple, Japanese Girl, Hajin(above Erta) Ymir, Erta, Ilhan, Liera, Mirae?(thought she had crimson hair?)
Top right to bottom right = Raphael, Michael, Lucifer and Laziere(black), Yu Seul, Gabriel, Uriel, Nayuna with green DR wings and Spiera with spear. There you have it. Thanks for everything Chamber and KK.

Anyway, I think it is the crying Raphael in the top right corner as he begrudgingly stares at Michael

 

I dunno, I see the 'Congraturation' but that isn't really about EER itself..
