I read this novel quite some time ago, the translation then was just horrendous and Im not good at remembering korean names especially when they change it every chapter, so it was even worse for me, tho i still liked the plot, does the translation get any better? Im thinking of rereading it?

Hello~ Can i ask if there is a profile link for the characters? Wanna know them better, i hope to know the Gwanglim of most of the characters especially the playable players

 

What pov does it used in the novel actually?
I'm confused since at the start of the chapter, it used 1st person, but then it changed in the middle chap (around 50) to 3rd person NMV vers.
Lastly, is it readable until the latest chap and do i have to expected some inconsistent be it grammar, places, names here and there?

 

It should be 1st person if it's from Euishin's POV (I wonder as well why they changed it to 3rd person).
If you're reading NMV's version, you better persevere till chapter 65; that's when the translation got better since they got a proper translator by then, though the said translator stopped translating at around chapter 110ish or something, but good thing it doesn't go back to rough mtl as chapters before 65

 

This new Chpt 233 is kind of repulsive if you reverse the genders even more so. How do you gang up on a guy who saved a girls life to literally attack him to the point of destroying his office to accept the feelings of a girl whose life he has already even saved.

 

Third year and second year class 0 are the best. First year class 0 was quirky in its own way but I think they could stand to cause a lot lore trouble! Although only recently breaching 50% attendance is pretty crazy in its own way.

 

Maybe first year class zero is the craziest, but all of them are causing havoc outside the school and not getting caught

 

Lol, not the first time TL quality has been asked about here, but...

Does it get better after the new NovelMultiverse TL takes over at ~100 and causes a drop in TL quality? Like, chapter 70-100's translator was almost peak quality (for this novel) and it kinda hurts going back XD

EDIT: I went through with it lol. Was rewarded eventually!

I literally love how Mok Wooram is written. His relationship with Lena is really artist-muse, and they didn't make him weird AT ALL. They made him so respectful to the point that even being friends with Lena is already a great honor for him.

Oh, up to what chapter has she worked on? I've recently reread the entire novel and there were some times when "I remember this part being terribly translated and now it's not" but I can't really recall the last chapter where that was.

To be fair there are three things about that:
1) Soohyuk was actually fairly neutral about things. He was only there to stop the fight, not to harangue on his relative because he respects his own boundaries and theirs. His end goal wasn't to get them together or anything - he just wanted things to be handled through talking, not fighting, which is remarkably mature for someone his age.
2) Eushin, on the other hand, was unabashedly on Hyeji and Hyejung's side. He did not like Soogyeum at all after making one of his playable characters cry, and he was like Hyejung in that he wanted Hyeji to be given a chance even if he did not like Soogyeum at all. This falls consistent to Eushin's motivations, where he places his playable characters' happiness over his personal opinions and desires.
3) Lastly, on Hyejung's side, remember that they have History. Soogyeum was not only her former fiance that she hated and who was the cause of her running away from the Oh clan in the first place, she is also too aware that Soogyeum is way too old for her younger sister. In her perspective, Soogyeum is this asshole who is taking advantage of her younger sister regardless of any truth in the matter. Considering the last time she interacted with Soogyeum, she carved a f*** you message on a wall as a warning to whoever thought to get him engaged with her, so that already says a lot on why things happened as they did.
