Hi all! I want to expand my reading list and add more novels to read for the future. I don't want to start a novel that looks like it has potential at the beginning and doesn't turn out like I thought it would (different to the synopsis). Not that I have read any like that yet. Well unless I forgot about it. So if anyone has a good novel they had liked or are reading now, would you please recommend it to me? Personal preference for me would be: Character development and growth (not just the main character but for side characters too.) Smooth character interaction (character interactions that are enjoyable to read and don't feel flat.) I don't mind if it is Male/Female MC (I do want to avoid gender benders though. Already have some in my reading list.) I don't read gore or horror tagged novels. There are others but I can't remember them at the top of my head. Just an overall enjoyable read. Something you enjoyed. Please and thank you for any recommendations. P.S. I am still adding novels into my reading list. The ones that are already added are novels I haven't read yet but are going to start soon.

I hate it, but tuaru majutsu series have great side chara and already have alot/complete translated chapter
Forthy millenniums of cultivation, everything IET and Er Gen, Martial God, God of Thunder, World of Cultivation, Undefeated God of War. Too lazy to check your list but you can look at mine if you want some. I usually read ahead and remove them if they get bad 500 chapters down. Well by my standards... Forty Millenniums is really good though.
i agree and Forty Millenniums of Cultivation is a very good novel. too bad the release speed has gone down and i am now starved of chapters
Well I am 800+ so I can't complain amout releases >.< Soaring of Galaxia seems like it will develop well.

I guess I should try it out, I have seen it around but didn't know what I was in for. Might start it after I go through the novels with less chapters. I guess my standard for bad novels is draggy. Having to drag out the plot and constantly punishing the MC with petty arcs and enemies. It makes me wonder what the author was thinking when they wrote it out. Yeah I have read it. Just waiting for the side stories to come out too. Bathroom Goddess is a great read. And that is why I ask for recommendations. Forty Millenniums is something I wouldn't stumble across. Added.
