With the mass release of chaotic sword god the other day I decided to reread the novel again as a way to let more chapters build up. Something I've wondered is, before he meets him at school, where has the MC's eldest brother been for his whole life? I find it strange he hadn't seen him for 15 years. Anyone have a clue?
I heard that CSG gets bad around @120th chapter so i dropped it @ 80th chapter...is this novel really good? n also when will the actual romance start in the novel?
from what i know the romance is barely there and not very important at all, and the novel gets good again later, i don't remember exactly when but around late 200s.
mostly correct. But its been a very long time since Ive stop reading it.. since it have many chapters now, Im interested in picking it up again. Just need a confirmation if theres anything interesting going on. The novel isnt that bad imo.
hard to say. the parts where you get a real storyline are imo pretty good. However, theres quite a bit of boring sections. the bad part at c120 lasts for like 60 chapters: Spoiler: wat he does from c120 to ~c180 he just stays at the mountain doing nothing but killing everyone he sees and stealing their monster cores. the story doesnt move much at all during this period as for romance: Spoiler: dont get your hopes up currently, there still has not been any sort of romance. jian chen has had some interactions with potential candidates for a love line (meaning he's met some girls) but there's not even a hint of future progress at all. the MC is still focused on getting stronger so he can meet with his family again
There's no such thing as romance as far as I've read, which is 350... or maybe, I also have eyes but don't recognize Mt.Tai. You're the one that should know better since you're re-reading it. I think if there was any mention of that it should have been in the early chapters, before he went out in the world.
They mention nothing. He's not there and he's first introduced in chapter 12 when MC is 15. I can't figure it so I threw it out there to see what others think
I think the brother is a lot older than the MC so maybe he was sent to the school before the MC was even born?
There wasn't any mention of him at all from what I remember. He was just suddenly thrown into the story out of nowhere after the MC entered the school
I wouldn't say it's bad but the reptitive i'm so fast and slit everyones fucking throat does get annoying after a while lol
With all the stabbed throats why did no one think 'maybe I should wear something to protect my throat'. While they may die some other way, at least that'd be one less thing to worry about.
I almost forgot that he still has his family, LOL. Isn't it like the eldest bro when to school at an early age, plus Jian Chen himself rarely when out of his room to practice his 'past' sword art or something?
Either way I find the recent development is also getting f*cked up. I mean people are made to look as if they covet those ruler armaments and others even try to steal them from those that have such a thing but when MC finally gets his hand on one... actually two, he doesn't have access because of bloodline. Common.
Cheers for the reply. Btw, mass release for Xmas, mass release for gravity anniversary (thnx for them), any chance of a mass release for CSG anniversary? (Asks me with fingers crossed and a silent prayer in my heart and mind?)
