What? The manga? It's Saikyou no Kurokishi♂, Sentou Maid♀ ni Tenshoku shimashita. The novel goes by the same name...I believe? But it's definitely not it, I'm sure. The lord thing, and fallen kingdom thing doesn't match, nor does the controlling statues.
