    Hoping that someone has some suggestions for this.

    I'm looking for a fanfic where the protag creates his own ingenius strategy and commands an army. Actual commands, not just ordering subordinates to conquer this or conquer that. Sorta like Da Shuang Long Zhan I guess but I want the protag to not just be an adviser. Any kingdom-building or army-building fic suggestions are welcome.

    PS: No yaoi and harem please.
