I found this novel and after googling, it seemed it doesn't have spoiler thread.

First of all, I really wish that the author chose different title for the novel cause this title might have people thinking it's incest.

The novel is set in futuristic world where after deseases, woman's fertility dropped so low that babies became rare. Mankind, afraid of excintion, dabbled in technology that allowed man to get pregnant. Those man would go to hospital to undergo change and become transformed man.

The characters are:
MC is Cheng Hai (seme)
He came from military family. He was admiral before he retired and worked as general manager in largest company in the world. He had his son when he was 19.

ML is Li Xiao (uke)
In original world, he was Cheng Hai's son in law. Li Xiao is older by four years than Cheng Mu. In AU reborn, he was a military doctor

Yu Li Qing
Cheng Hai's ungrateful scum wife who lied to him all this time.

Cheng Mu
Cheng Hai's scum son, who was beyond redemption even in AU reborn

Chen Qin
Li xiao's fellow millitary guy who had crush on him but didn't know how to express it. In AU reborn, he became unhinged and kidnap li xiao and forced him to change into reformed man

 

In original world:

- Cheng mu was infertile, so his daddy, LY came with idea to have his husband Chenghai to sleep with Li Xiao to get son. They suceeded and Li Xiao gave birth to twins.
- that incident though ruined everything. CM cheated with liu mu and justified it by telling himself that li xiao slept with his dad.
- the twins looked like cheng hai so much that CM wasn't close with them.
- after tolerating it for 6 months, li xiao finally snapped when CM brought his mistress to home. He demanded divorce and the children.
- chenghai who heard about it decided to split his wealth, so half would go to li xiao. He lived with guilt ever since that day. Why did he ever agree to his wife suggestion?
However when CM knew about his dad's decision, he refused to get divorce cause he didn't want to lose the money.

- li xiao went to see chenghai at cafe, telling him he didn't want the money and properties. Just give him the children.
Liu mu, CM's mistress was there, he drugged their drinks and took them to hotel where they had sex. Liu mu then recorded it and gave the video to LY.

- after that LY accused li xiao for seducing chenghai. He went to li xiao's workplace and told his supervisor so li xiao got fired.
Li xiao passed out because of shock. He was taken to the hospital and found out that he has miscarriage. Doctor gave him medicine.

- li xiao lost all his hope. For CM, he get out from military and became transformed man. For Cm, he slept with his father in law to give birth to next generation of Cheng family. And these are what he got in the end?
LY accused him to seduce chenghai. CM had affair and had the gall to blame him. He was fired from his job and lost his reputation. He called his children, who stayed with chenghai to say goodbye.

- chenghai was worried when he got the call. But it was too late, li xiao had killed himself. His body was cremated and chenghai placed his urn, with heart full of regret and guilt.

- chenghai confronted his wife and son, showing them the truth that liu mu was the mastermind behind the video.
(Liu mu was pregnant so CM thought that dad and li xiao lied to him). Chenghai also got tests from 3 different hospitals that showed that CM was infertile and liu mu child's wasn't his. (Liu mu cheated on CM with waiter of the cafe)

- the blame game started. Scum CM dared to blame his dad as killer.
But chenghai admitted that he did participate in this. That he with his own hand pushed li xiao to his death. He would never forgive himself.

- Chenghai decided to get divorce with his wife. Later, LY called him and threatened about suicide (he lied, he was drunk). Chenghai went to see him and in his way, killed in accident.

 

Thus alternate universe past started where chenghai woke up 11 years in the past.

I called this AU past because we still see the part about chenghai's funeral in original timeline, where his military's comrades and former and current prime minister came to pay respect. They also exposed LY and CM's crime and deeds nationwide. The twins also would be taken care by them.

 

- Cheng Hai woke up 11 years in the past when he was still admiral. This time he vowed to make it right, that he would protect li xiao and would never let li xiao meet his son.

- LX's dad was in military but he was in dead end with no opportunity for promotion. So Chenghai helped him, thinking that this way LX would have backing. LX joined military and later became medic.

- since he was reborn, his eyes were opened. He never realized it before that LY lied to him for years, cheated on him, got pregnant by another man twice and even indirectly caused the death of one of the baby.

- LY didn't like military and chenghai never told him his real position. So LY didn't know how powerful and influental chenghai was.

- chenghai used to love LY so much that he believed everything LY said. So he got estranged with his parents and he never reconciled with them before they died. This time though was different, he saw Ly's real face.

- despite everything, li xiao and CM still met. Chenghai was in despair.

Sadly, CM is his real son. I thought CM isn't chenghai real son too but sadly he is.
CM followed after his daddy, LY.

LY is actually adopted son of chenghai's parents so they knew each other since teenage/high school i think.
Chenghai's mum pitied lY because LY didn't have parents but it turned out she invited wolf in sheep clothing into her house. And since chenghai loved LY a lot, his parents and his friends could only keep silent in original timeline.

Chenghai was in military. He was busy all the time with mission here and there. Cm's upbringing was left to LY. (At beginning lY did love chenghai but he couldn't cope with chenghai's life. Also their personalities didn't match). LY used the opportunity where chenghai was out to hang out or travel with his lover so CM was abandoned. He grew up unruly and spoiled.

In AU reborn, chenghai tried to install discipline towards CM. He put CM into boarding school with half military curriculum. The teacher there at first was estatic, they thought chenghai and his dad was a legend in military, surely the son inherit family's gene. It turned out CM was even worse than transformed man. In the end, CM almost overdose of sleeping pill. Thus CM return to common high school.

Whilst Li Xiao wasn't reborn like Chenghai, he actually dreamed about his past life. He was confused about the dream for a long time. Until finally chenghai revealed the truth to him.

There was this Chen Qin who had crush on li xiao, with boys pulling girls pigtail to show it attitude. Chenghai saw CQ and his friends bullied li xiao and turned the table on them.

Later, chen qin met li xiao at hotel where li xiao was actually on matchmaker with other girl. Seeing the girl, CQ became unhappy, he shouted and yelled. Unfortunately, chenghai and parents, current and former prime minister were also there. They heard everything.

Thus CQ fell from the cloud. He was nephew/son of admiral blue so people didn't dare to do anything to him. This admiral married li xiao birth mother so li xiao and CQ were actually step brother but CQ didn't know about this.

Four years later, when chenghai returned from mission, there was live on TV about it. CQ saw lu xiao on TV and had psycopath breakdown. He kidnapped Li xiao and turned him into transformed man. Chenghai was the one who saved lu xiao.

Unfortunately when he woke at hospital, cheng mu came to visit and li xiao thought that CM was the one who save him.

- li xiao had these flashback dreams about past life and he confronted chenghai about it. Chenghai admitted everything. Li xiao wanted to take revenge on YL and CM. Chenghai agreed to help him.
Before this, li xiao was tricked by YL and through artificial insemnation, he got pregnant with chenghai's kid

- chenghai divorced his wife and married li xiao. He even proposed at airport with his comrades help, each of them carrying roses.

- the wedding was held at makala star, the ice planet which was most romantic planet. It was held at floating ice palace with glass panel to see aurora, ice sculpture and soft white snow. (Frozen, anyone?)
And when they said I do, it rained rose petals from ceilings, making the guests starry eyes (and LY green with envy).

- ungrateful scum LY really regretted everything. He always thought that chenghai will love him forever so he took it for granted. From poor to rich was easy transition but now he was used to luxury life and lost everything. Now he had no driver, no servant and no money. Chenghai actually told public about lY's affair, how he was entangled with many men so public held him in contempt.

- to rub salt on LY and CM's wound, chenghai invited them to his wedding.

- li xiao gave birth to twins like in original timeline.

 

I think it's at hospital when chenghai got hurt because people wanted to kill him (people from blue admiral family. As revenge, chenghai ruined the family)

Chenghai also used the opportunity to wrangle promise from li xiao to have more children

Eventhough they were married, only at chap 70 where they hung out (going to eat at small restaurant, playing at game stand where li xiao won giant bear, and chenghai buying flower for him) that li xiao realized that he and chenghai were in love.

YL was jailed because he abort his baby. CM was paralyzed because liu mu hit on him with car (he abused liu mu before).

 

YL and CM tried to destroy chenghai's reputation. CM even cut his familial relation with his dad in TV.
But chenghai and li xiao had evidence. They released various video of YL with many men.

Chenghai and li xiao visited LY at prison. LY begged chenghai to take care of CM cause CM was his own son.
Chenghai retorted. "Weren't you guys who cut relationship with me? But now, i'm his father again when he is in trouble?'

But chenghai visited CM at hospital. That unrepentant CM was paralyzed waist down and yet he still blamed his dad for everything. He was innocent. The other was the guilty one!
Since CM was his son, chenghai said he wouldn't let CM starve to death.

Chenghai retired from military and his job as general manager. He wanted to establish his own company. That was he was free from politics. Li xiao however got back to work.
People mocked them, saying that now li xiao had to support their family.

Later though, it was revealed that chenghai opened luxury department stores at planet makala, the top tourist destination. Everyone shopped there and he soon became one of the richest man.
Li xiao also managed to find medicine to help increase fertility rate.

Li xiao had dream about the continuation of their original timeline. LY was jailed. CM hit people and jailed until he was old. Liu mu's baby died young and he went crazy.
Chenghai commented that it was their retribution.

Li xiao was calm now. It was as if big stone in his heart was lifted. He let go of the past and ready to welcome the future.
And he also got pregnant again.

 

Make me think of what happen to the twins in the first timeline
