    Hello.
There is this one cultivation novel I keep remembering where the minor villain is dies to the MC and is sent back to an earlier time. Resolved to not be killed, she goes to find the MC before he starts cultivating and becomes his master. She is very greedy and thought the "hero" wouldn't kill his master, while also gaining protection from him once he gets stronger. Eventually, this sort of backfires as the MC starts to tempt her with gems, etc. to win her over.

I haven't read the story myself, but this is basically the synopsis for the story. Also, if someone has read it before, would you tell me if it's good?

It's good, but I would probably read the manga instead because there's already 100+ chapters while the novel only has 20+

There's a manga? Great! I already finished reading what's translated and really like it.

I forgot how much information is lost when cultivation novels become manga. The feeling of losing information/details because I am reading the manga version makes me quite insecure. It is nice to read, but I think I will just wait for the novel to be translated more.
