It looks like it is none of the anime that you guys recommended is the one. Sorry that i can’t help cause my friend told me that he watched more than 10 years ago and even ask his fellow anime friends whether they know this anime. He even tried calling the tv people to give him the full list of the anime that played during that year but they gave him only the incomplete because they dont keep the complete version.
