Forgotten Title First cultivator in a world of magic

Mostly what I remember is that some kid (not reincarnated or has something special to help him at the start) lives in a world of magic kind of like black clover or something similar with whole power systems revolving around mages and orders and stuff. Basically a story of the first cultivator taking on a world of magic while discovering the ins and outs of cultivation.

The beginning of the story goes like this if I remember right:
so the MC is born with zero magic within him and so he lives a crumby life of being looked down on by almost everyone. he has two friends a guy and a girl and lives somewhat happily. then when they turn 13 the mage order sends out people to test everyone at the age of 13 and up to the magic potential. The guy is a legendary mage capable of using three elements (most can only use one) and the girl can use both light and dark magic. the MC is told he has no talent for magic what so ever and runs away deep into the forest where he has a hidden base and comments about a mysterious sensation.

heads back to the village to see off his friends and makes a promise the guy that he will somehow make it to the capital and become a mage and that they are rivals, which the guy seriously agrees to even though everyone laughs at him. he also secretly confesses to the girls and she says that she will be waiting at the capital.

after that, he discovers how to absorb Qi and gets pretty OP because no one knows how to deal with QI which makes him insanely physically strong, mildly resistant to magic, and his Qi manifestation techniques are pretty brutal.

he heads to the capital to find out that the girl and guy are going out, MC doesnt blame guy since he didn't know MC confessed to the girl.

after leaving the capital not wanting to take the special test that is there in case some mishap happens when the order comes to your village, he runs into a girl two knights of the kingdom.

pretty much venting everything and already hating the kingdom he kills one of the knights which is mid-level in abilities so it's pretty impressive. the girl happens to be the third princess of another kingdom that had been kidnapped.

from there it hints that he will take her back, help her become queen (with him becoming her king), and come back to stomp everyone that looked down on him and rekt the kingdom.

Note: it's not a harem from what I could tell.

I felt like I read a novel with similar plot like this before.......Looking forward to someone that know this novel name.

Don't remember been a while (like a year). I think it was RRL but I could be wrong.

No, the MC isn't special or anything in the beginning like a Reincarnator or anything else that could give him any edge, just a normal kid except for the having no mana part.

Was there a scene where the guy was travelling on a curvy mountain road, and was attacked/betrayed and tumbled with his horse, which died, and he fell into a hidden cultivation place for Ki and not magic?

No, I remember he's been able to sense Qi since as long as he remembers and only after receiving the shock of having no magic talent he enters the first stage of cultivation by "grabbing the mysterious sensation".
