First novel you ever read

    It was Fate/Zero on baka-tsuki/beast-lair. I remember checking F/Z page everyday back then at 2008~2009

    From there I eventually switched my manga reading hobby into light novels/web novels. Now I dont remember the last time i read manga

    If you meant like novels in general then Katie Kazoo Switcheroo - A WhirlWind Vacation I think
    If you meant Light Novel then I think it was either Date A Live or Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu
    If you meant Web Novel then probably Rise of The Shield Hero or Death March, Possibly Against the Gods not really sure on this

    re:monster. I was reading Manga and got curious and surprised there's a novel version with a lot more chapter. That's the start of my novel reading, but damn how did you got so curious to read Emperor Domination?

    Got a little bit emotional when I see this post, and I had read novels in general for 2 years now, even though I never realized NU has a function of account registration. That's why this account seems to be new. =)

    My first is tate no yuusha. because of the cliffhanger in the manga is frustrating, i switched to the novel.
    Then found baka-tsuki from there

    I started with anime.. that got me into manga which got me into fanfiction... after that i saw a fic that was a really bad merry sue redo of Tales of Demons and Gods that got me into Demons and Gods webnovel... after that few years later im here :p

    Guess mine's was "no game no life" or "overlord" as the intro for light novels, before it was purely anime. Shortly later found novel update, at the time it was purely Japanese light novels, later on CN follow by KN and recently PN.

    When you have a Chinese roommate singing Gao Shao Mei everyday and reading Jin Yong.
    You learn to sing along and look up the books.

    Mine was Martial God Asura and Renegade Immortal although I've given up. The first translator I started following was Flower Bridge Too, who introduced to me many of my first novels.
